Serendipitously this week’s photo challenge is in perfect sync with the way I’m feeling right now. Today was a particularly gloomy winter day — I stood for almost 40 minutes waiting for a bus on Madison Avenue listening to non stop honking and trying to avoid stepping or being splattered by grey dirty snow. This photo was taken earlier this afternoon outside of the Jewish Museum on 5th Avenue. Happy to be home and warm.
You have to love the world-wide-web. I have this little thing where I always look at my ‘neighbours’ on the word press photo challenge. principle of synchroninity and all that ( like we posted at similar times).
and look where i end up this fine morning – on a blog about women’s footwear in america! lol …love the vibrancy of the photo too – coming from a tropical climate i hate the greys of winter and my eyes are always aching for a splash of colour…
